At first it wasn't going so well due to unwillingness to get a refund after not knowing an account was opened with my info. Was only being told I could get was a credit for the site.
After escalation contacted me and made it right I was very satisfied. I greatly appreciate them being fair and fixing the issue.

**Editing to add - After a barrage of emails, they are withholding the refund until this review is edited or removed. The entire process dealing with this company has been tragic, from the confusing language designed to entrap subscribers to the roundabout way of avoiding accountability by their “customer service” team - and I will not be altering my review further.
