They charged my card without any prior approval and now they will not refund my money until I leave this review. I want the money they took from my account.... update: now they keep saying they can not send me my money until I delete this review!! How ridiculous. I have been going back and forth with them for over a month! If papergrasp or manwearz ever show up on your bank statement you are getting scammed!

I received a message from this company which I thought was in connection with another one. It continued to the payment stage and there was no going back. I hesitate then put in my info but chickened out and erased all my info, only to find out I was charged. I didn't hit submit.

I ordered a clothing product from a third party website and was charged 9 dollars and a 68 dollar membership fee by papergrasp.com. I am not consenting to the account/membership with them or to any further charges from them. They robbed me. I am in communication with Edith. She reached out to me personally to resolve the issue. Her customer service has been great so far. My membership was cancelled by Edith and customer service. The company refunded me the amount that was charged to my account.
