false and misleading information. click bate on a 3rd party social media site( facebook) advertisement for grab box from shein for only $9.99. After giving my CC info to place the order. I get a a message from papergrasp regarding a subscription I did not sign up for and they attempted to process money for this subscription. Upon reaching out I was told they are NOT affiliated with facebook or shein and any any purchases made are for " credit" or coins, or gift card to use on paper grasp website and concluded they could not find any credits or me. They are offering a courtesy credit ( I have proof the 9.99 was deducted by papergrasp- time stamped on Sunday 1/4 at 8:50 AM. After reaching out today, I am having to ump through hoops to be refunded for the $9.99 ( as they have no credits or product or me) the last email I received was from " Customer support" from " Eugene" telling me I need to leave review ( and encouraged me to leave 4 or 5 stars) which I do not agree with and once this review is done, I have to do a screenshot and attach it to his email he sent to "complete my refund" this is RIDICULOUS and I will reach out to a legal team... as this is a common issue with this company, I want my $9.99 refunded today, and I should not be contingent on me having to leave this review!! which I am sure my email will be sold to another 3rd party once completed.. I am very upset with this whole interaction.

I didn’t use it so I can’t say really rate it

I was looking on Facebook and saw an ad that I thought was interesting. It was only suppose to be a small amount of money, but when I thought about it, I really didn't need it. I tried to cancel, but I couldn't find it again. Then a day or so later I received a email, and it gave me a link to cancel if I wanted. I did and within a few minutes I got another one saying I was cancelled and I would get my payment back. I thought this was great of them. There was no harsh comments at all. I really appreciate their help on this matter.

Would give 5 stars but I was charged for yearly subscription after I purchased markers for my daughter.
I gave the 4 stars bc the order was received quickly and great quality and they gave me a refund against policy due to the circumstances.

Ordered something that used papergrasp as the processor... there was a charge that I did not authorize, however papergrasp immediately resolved the issue and gave me a refund
