We used Paper lust for our save the dates, they came out perfectly and on time, they looked beautiful as well, we were super happy with them!
However, our wedding invites were printed on cardstock that hadn't been tested prior, and the colours came out looking washed out and blotchy. The customer service team was very helpful, and asked how we would like to proceed, and were happy to fully refund our order because we didn't have time to wait for a reprint, which would take almost another month.
While customer service overall was good, and they provided swift communication the whole way through the process, I was disappointed that they wouldn't have test printed on new cardstock before printing an entire order, I was also disappointed to find out that they were printing the background colour onto the cardstock (we chose an invite that was navy blue with white writing and gold foil detail) instead of printing on navy cardstock, it was a background colour printed on white, leaving the back of the invite white - the images on the website never showed the back and I felt that was a tad misleading.

However they were very professional and understanding about cancelling and refunding our order.

Timeline and nice designs

I honestly can’t believe how stunning my wedding invitations are! They absolutely blew my mind. The quality of the card is incredible, and the entire experience was so seamless from start to finish. Being able to mark up the edits I wanted, having such a quick turnaround, and then seeing the gorgeous final product arrive at my door just days later was incredible. I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. They’re even more beautiful than I imagined and truly feel so special.

The designers created beautiful invitations and responded quickly to any questions I had. We are very very happy with the final products :)

Quick turnaround and quality printing.

We ordered our wedding invitations from Paperlust after another company made a mistake and did not follow up after repeated attempts from us to have it rectified. It was getting tooo close to us not having time to send etc so we moved on and chose Paperlust.

The worst part about Paperlust is the vast options! We found so many beautiful templates, once we agreed on one, the website was easy to navigate, the commutation was immediate and our order was on its way. It was delivered quite quickly and beautifully wrapped. The invitations were great quality too.

Definitely recommended for wedding invitations.

I had such an amazing experience with this team. From my order being placed to the proofs sent back and even me forgetting my rsvp date. They accommodated that and worked with me to add this in after proofs were sent back. My order came in one day from being sent which was 3 days after I placed my order. They even sent samples of other products. Very professional. Very polite and amazing quality I couldn’t have asked for any better then this team
