Lovely Experience

Beautiful dolls, exactly as pictured. Delivered on time with no issues. Quality product.
I spoke with customer service about an out of stock doll before ordered a different one. They were very gracious and replied to me quickly.
Will definitely use again. Would definitely recommend.

This has to be a scam company

This has to be a scam company. There is absolutely no way to reach them. I advise you not to purchase any dolls from them
I found most of them to be extremely ugly and poorly made.

No Customer Response Ever

I have spent hundreds of dollars with Paradise Galleries. I needed to speak to someone in customer service because my rewards points are missing from my account after they wouldn’t let me use them with another promotion. I tried numerous attempts to contact them, I tried to email them several times, still no response. Every time I tried to call I always got the recording that said they were receiving a high volume of calls and to call back some other time. On line chat is never open. No response by any method if you have any issues with your order.

Don't waste your time!

I needed to speak to someone in customer service because my rewards points are missing from my account. After numerous attempts to contact them over the period of a month I finally emailed still no response. Every time I tried to call I always got the recording that said they were receiving a high volume of calls and to call back some other time. I will never buy directly from this company again. It isn't worth the hassle.

This company has no customer service

This company has no customer service. Their 800 number plays in a loop and then tells you to email and hangs up. They don't check or answer emails. They don't respond to social media messages and if someone does generically respond, they don't resolve your issue. If you make any mistake on your order, too bad, it's not going to be updated before it ships. It's extremely frustrating. I would hate to try and do a return with them. I will never purchase through them again.

Horrible Customer Service - Pumpkin Spice Nice doll

Update:
I did receive this doll today 10/08/2023. I was not notified he had been shipped however I am happy I finally received him and hope PG improves their customer service.

I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Nice doll on 08/25/2023. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service email address, attempted their Live Chat on their website, and tried calling, but they have completely ignored them. I am extremely surprised by their lack of customer service and disappointed in this company.

Good afternoon paradise galleries This service is unacceptable, I ordered a doll 1 month ago and not still have not received it. I can’t paradise galleries is operating in the matter. After 2 weeks of trying to reach a person via phone, I finally got to speak to someone who lied and said my item was shipped. I received a tracking number which was just a ploy to buy more time. I reached out to fed ex who advised me that only the label was created by seller and have not requested a pickup by fed ex as of yet.
Label was created 10 days ago!! …. Just send me my damn money back!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM PARADISE GALLERIES!!!

Subject: Order #201977 - No Tracking, No Delivery, Nothing
I placed an order on September 26, 2022. The tracking information is not available. Nothing online tells me where my order is. When it was placed, the arrival date was estimated to be October 4. Today is it now October 10. If my order does not get here by October 13, I want to be fully refunded and I will never order from your company again. The order email is ---- but you may email me at this one, as it is the preferred address. My home phone number is ----. I want to receive my order or to be refunded in full. Screenshots below proving that there is absolutely no updated tracking info or plan for arrival, not even by today's date. This is absurd. At this point I would give an extremely negative review of your company. If this is a scam, the bank will be contacted this week to get back the funds immediately.

Hello Sarafina,

We apologize that there has been delay with the movement on the tracking number. We have followed up with our warehouse team to ensure that the package has been shipped. We were informed that the package has been picked up from our facility on the 28th. We wish we could provide you with a definite delivery date but typically for FedEx Smartpost delivery are about 7 - 11 business days from the date the label was created.

Your order should arrive on or before the 13th of the month (Columbus Day not counted). Should there be no delivery until the said date, we will request for investigation and process your requested refund.

We are truly sorry this has caused concern and would like to ask for your extended patience and understanding.

As of October 10, 2022, FedEx has sent an email that the order was "tethered to ground shipping."

They're saying it WAS JUST PICKED UP. It's been 2 weeks almost 3!!! I know they have these dolls in their warehouses. It's coming from CA to VA I get that. But! These are not custom made. And from another company something from that distance would have gotten here in a week, two tops. I meant what I said about a refund if it's not here by the 13th. Today is officially the 12th. And yes I had even gone to the trouble to get tracking updates sent to my email because of this! That's a new one and this was an extremely important order that should have been handled with the upmost professionalism. This is not okay and it is stressing me out and taking all of the magic away from what was supposed to be a healing experience. It's becoming a traumatic one. I am not okay with this situation at all. I will never order from Paradise Galleries again.

Officially FedEx has updated the "on time arrival delivery date" of my package to be October 17, 2022. An email was just sent after the last email I was sent that they had literally just picked up the package.

This order was placed Monday, September 26, 2022. For them to sit there and say the doll may not arrive until after October 17, 2022 and literally mark it as just shipped, that is almost an entire month!!!! This is ridiculous!!!

My sister order me the Bamboo Doll and it is not ASIAN LOOKING AT ALL . POORLY MADE HAIR seems like it was just throw on the head . I email see if I can return it and they never answered me . I told my sister never order from this company they mislead consumers . Very disappointed with Bamboo Doll

Okay.

Okay.. I’ve purchased probably over 20 dolls from this company. Over half of the dolls arrived with defects. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I don’t understand how people are blinded by the horrible customer service. They will do anything to make you keep the defective dolls and mostly offer you a “$10 discount” to do so. Some of my dolls have arrived with black smudges over their bodies that look like bruises. Others have arrived with defective magnets in their heads or glue on their eyeballs. Oh wait.. one of my dolls arrived with smudged painted hair that they wanted me to keep. It takes DAYS for them to come up with a resolution if you have a problem because they will lie and say they have to check with their quality control team and then promise they’ll get back to you but then days go by and then you have to remind them of what they said. And they never give extra points or anything for their horrible service. I have had to deal with their horrible customer service over 10 times because I’m not going to just sit here and spend $100 on a defective doll that they want me to keep for a $10 refund because they’d rather not jump through hoops to get you a replacement. They know very well that I’ve had a hard time with their company and I’ve gotten NOTHING besides lies and wasted energy on my behalf. I’ve had to drive 25 minutes out of my way several times to FedEx to return defective dolls and then I have to remind the company that “hello you’ve received my return!”.. so that I could get my refund or replacement. They also pick and choose who they pick for contests. It’s not random at all they just pick their favorite people who they’ve had no problems with and hardly ever pick anyone outside of the US because they’re trying to save as much $$ as they can even though they have LOYAL customers. I’ve tried to help this company out by taking nice pictures of their dolls but all they do in return is LIE and try to get out of losing money on their behalf… I seriously cannot believe how many times I’ve been lied to and now I’m speaking up about it because this was my last straw!!! The last doll I purchased arrived with a black smudge on its face that looked like a bruise. I had to jump through hoops to get a replacement and then the replacement had a HUGE black smudge on its leg and these black smudges will not budge. I contacted them again and was on the phone for over 30 MINUTES waiting for them to figure out what they were going to do this time and all they did was refund me $30 and told me to keep the bruised looking doll (i was surprised they even told me to keep it because they will do any and EVERY THING to get out of doing even that!). I didn’t get a choice if I wanted a replacement again or if I wanted a refund or HMM MAYBE SOME EXTRA REWARDS POINTS FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. THEY LITERALLY REFUNDED $30 AND TOOK THE REWARDS POINTS I HAD AWAY even though I didn’t get a choice what I wanted to do. I’m warning you people.. I’ve had a horrible experience with this company and some of their dolls are nice yes but 80% of the time they will arrive with defects and I hope you all aren’t blinded by their horrible customer service because I sure was blinded the first few times but this stuff gets old and annoying. I’ve spent so much $$ on their dolls and they treat me like trash and have the audacity to call me a loyal customer haha. This review is 100% authentic and you all have been warned. Long shipping times

I ordered my doll at 10am on 7/2/21 and I paid an extra $13.86 for faster shipping. The order was not processed until 7/6/21, and then the package sat in Paradise Galleries warehouse for 2 days before FedEx picked it up after midnight on 7/8/21.
I finally received the doll at 2pm on 7/14/21.

I ordered a doll one month ago still haven't received it
(Hoot Hoot) I have sent about 5 emails too date about the issue no response from company. I find out on another site called SHOP my order has been cancelled. Tracking and order has disappeared from Paradise galleries website as well. All very strange. I have purchased from this company before I bought another doll Bamboo I had no problem except it took forever to get here. Beautiful doll. What I'm concerned about is I'm not receiveing any reply to my issue. Communication non existent! I would like a refund. Very unprofessional and I'm very surprised by their attitude.

Dolls are ok.. not as good as Ashton and drake.

Shipping was long and they work with fedex which is a terrible company and they lost my package so I had to track it down. Paradise Gallery customer service was rude and not helpful. When I finally was able to get my package the dolls are ok.. glued on hair, squishy faces.. nothing like an Ashton and drake doll. I do not believe paradise gallery dolls are worth 100 dollars and over for the quality. Ashton and drake are a pain to get due to how high in demand they are but so worth it worth it with the hand rooted hair, and the hard not squishy faces. I won’t order from paradise gallery again and will wait for my Ashton and drake dolls which have excellent customer service as well.

Brilliant dolls, just a long wait (but worth it!)

I am 11, and I got the Rainbow Blessing Joy doll for Christmas, and I couldn't love her more. She is adorable and so happy. We are from England so it's not often I get an American doll. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was taking more than 2 months to arrive, and we didn't think it would come. We contacted them, and they didn't reply, so the service wasn't the best, however I have heard that there are delivery problems at the moment. Even so, I love my doll, and I love Paradise Galleries!!!

Very mad 😡

I’m very mad! I ordered the sleeping tall dreams doll to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I ordered her on the 15th someone from paradise galleries told me that I would get it before Christmas. I still haven’t received it and it’s been 11 days!!!!! The tracking was updating as normal, then it said nothing. And it still says nothing. I think she was lost in transit? I want a new doll sent. This was my first time buying from this company. Not a very good impression.
