Terrible experience, feel like i was scammed they started approaching my candidates with bots for other roles. 10% of the Recruiters are US based the rest are in a Boiler room in the Philippines They are just after your data.

It is clearly a pyramid ponzi scheme for suckered foreign unregulated freelance recruiters.

Everything is focused on the recruiter, perhaps because they are the one's paying? The recruiters don't even have access, they call you up asking you to put your resume in and associate it to them so they can do searches... that's it... its basically crappier linkedin, mashed together with typical scummy make believe AI matching wrappers and a bad recruiter pyramid of suckers.

Don't waste your time

I’ve personally been successful on the platform, not only with hires, but also through their bonus and incentive structures, which allow you to earn even without a closed placement.

Like any recruiting marketplace, results depend on experience and effort. For recruiters who know how to compete and move quickly, Paraform is a valuable platform.

Paraform reached out to me about a role, requested that I complete a detailed project, and then informed me the position was no longer being hired for. No update, no transparency, and my time was completely wasted. As a candidate, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Recruiters and Agencies beware! This is a scam to steal your portfolio of companies. They ask for LinkedIn profiles of candidates that you've recently placed and the names of companies that you've placed candidates at, and then they send some BS email that says that they don't have the bandwidth or availability to bring you on at this time. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time!

The business model for attracting new recruiting partners (the ones who fill your role) is a scale money play. They try to get as many recruiters in the door as possible with little qualification for their Tier 1 roles. Even if you are real recruiting agency rather than freelancer (many of their recruiters) you are forced to work "dart throw"/low quality roles that aren't updated/good, before you can work the "exclusive roles" - if you want a real talent partner, Paraform is doing a poor job at attracting them. My entire experience with them as an agency owner considering partnership was highly highly highly transactional.

If you are looking for the strongest recruiters to work all your roles, Paraform is not the play. You'd be better off searching recruiting firms based in your city & seeing if they can be a fit. A few first calls with 5 or 6 recruiting firms and you should be able to find a contingent recruiter no problem asked.

This is not a well run business & is highly highly transactional in their approach.
