Very Poor Experience with Paragon Security
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Paragon Security. On Sunday at 8:00 a.m., there was a female security guard 11361674 on duty who refused to allow me to go up to my clinic, even though I am a frequent patient and her colleague had already allowed me access previously without any issues. Basically her collegue, Indian with turban on head guy, told me we know you no need to sign in.
Another staff member of my clinic said he is our patient, just let him come up with us, the female guard yet refused and told me wait for print yup 9 mins delay for lack of preparation from her.
However the female guard insisted that I had to sign in, then told me she was “out of paper” and needed to print more. She did not appologize and wasted my time 9 minutes. That excuse is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Denying access to a patient because there is no paper is ridiculous.
If she doesn't have her stuff ready for her shift then she can just go sit at home and someone else take over her job.
I contacted Paragon Security and also reached out to management, including a manager named Victor. To this day, no one has contacted me, followed up, or taken any disciplinary action against this individual. The lack of accountability and customer care is shocking.
I didnt hear anything back called another manager of their Smahendran and I told him I have the whole interaction recorded with my rayban cam, and it's lame he wants me send 9 minutes video upload on an email. I tell him no email would allow, he says send to whatsapp I say I dont have whatsapp, this is a joke and he says text me the 9 mins video. Where on earth do these guys get their logic? Yeah not here.
This experience shows extremely poor management, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct. Paragon Security is clearly not taking complaints seriously. This situation is a joke and completely unbelievable for a so-called professional security company.
