This company is a joke!
This company is a joke. We paid them for a logo that wasn’t creative or anywhere close to what we wanted. They were just awful. We asked for a refund after months of trying to send them our ideas. Nope. They weren’t having it. Fast forward six months later, I get a nasty text saying they were suing me for using their logo because another company wants to use my company name and logo. I’ve had my company name for about seven years and ended up creating my own logo using an app. What a joke! DO.NOT.USE.THIS.COMPANY! SCAM ALERT!!!!!

Fraudulent company, look elsewhere.
This company is fictious nothing but a scam! I am in the process of bringing a class action lawsuit against them and I'm having no problem finding other complaint ant's. Do not even give them $1.00, you will regret it. When you get the certificate of authenticity you will notice the logo does not include the registered trademark. STAY AWAY Find a local company you can work face to face with!!!

BIGGEST SCAM IN THE WORLD!!!!!!! Stay away!! Do not click any links for payment or answer the phone if they call. Dude said his name was “Jason Wallace”, head of design team… ended up sounding like Akbar, instead of Jason. They got me for $500 and tried to get a lot more. The designs for logo are totally AI generated and generic!!! This is absolutely a scam company. I am having to dispute the charges at my bank…

So after being called “petty” and harassed via text/email for a while, they have finally refunded my money. I’m not sure if it was bc they wanted me to take down this review or if it was bc I opened up a dispute case at my bank…. But my money has been refunded. I still think they are a scam and the logos they made were certainly A.I. generated on Chat GPT. Use at your own risk.

Scammers Stay Away. All the other good reviews are before they start using scare tactics for you to send them more money bc you used the logo or because you didn’t copyright with them ect. They are not a legit company by any means. STAY AWAY

Scammers
Total scam artists. You will pay them to design a logo then months later, they will try to extort you out of money, threaten you with copyright infringement, and all this other bs which is total garbage. They have no legal right, you paid for the logos. Use a reputable company and not them.

Best experience dealing with paramount logos. Ive never dealt with making a logo before but they made it a very easy process. They modified the logo so it was perfect in my opinion. The whole process from start tpo finish went very smooth, and all the timelines they told me were exact. Chris lee was the person who I talked to over the phone. Great guy that educated me on the whole process. Made every step very clear for me, and overall is very helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone. thank you very much.
