The staff are truly helpful. My parcel was delayed and the staff kept a keen eye on its whereabouts and eventually tracked it down. Especially Rowena Manabat, who then rang me to advise me. I picked up the parcel and was greatly relieved to get it. Excellent service by Parcelright. Thank you.

The only concern I had with this company was that the delivery date was not accurate. After a few days of waiting, I sent a message in regards to this issue. I was given a new delivery date, which was the day I received the message, and all went well. I later received a friendly message from Scott confirming that all had been completed.

I ordered protein from Brissy it got to Sydney over night then sat in the depot 20 mins from my house where it's been for days. I have called more than once and the robot voice sounding lady told me its with the delivery team and they say it'll go out. It didn't. I called again same story and she said she's escalate and call me back before end of day. She didn't. At this point they've basically stolen my parcel and are avoiding me. I would avoid these criminals where ever possible.
