The whole process was simple and straight forward , the shipping and delivery was fast(despite the delay) while at affordable price. Overall really satisfied and will be buying again.

Another well packaged shipment and it even included some small amazing extras related to the product and as advertised no EU customs.

The box it came was really beaten up but the figure was wrapped in bubble wrap so it was fine. The figure also arrived after a month or so andhad additional fee on delivery which is weird since this shop is EU based from my understanding

Hat alles toll und ohne Probleme geklappt. Habe nach Honkai Impact Originalware gesucht und bin hier fündig geworden. Nur weiterzuempfehlen.

Nach längere Überlegung habe ich mich dazu entschlossen Pardos eine Chance zu geben, da es scheinbar um einen neuen Shop handelt der eine Figur im Angebot hatte, die ich sonst nirgends preiswert mehr gefunden hatte. Nachdem ich dort bestellt hatte kam die Figur innerhalb der angegebenen Lieferzeit an aber ich musste leider Zoll nachbezahlen. Dieses dem Support geschrieben, der schnell antwortete und mir den Zollbetrag auch zurück erstattet hatte nachdem ich die Belege dort hingeschickt hatte.

Bin sehr zufrieden. Man wird rechtzeitig Informiert über den aktuellen Bestellstatus wenn z.B. das geplante Datum der Veröffentlichung eines Artikel verzögert ist. Der Versand erfolgte ohne Problem. Die Qualität der Ware ist super. Jederzeit wieder , sehr zu empfehlen. Macht weiter so !

Sobald das Paket in die Hände von pardos shop fällt, geht alles sehr schnell und das Paket wird pünktlich ins Zielland geschickt!
