I've had a great experience with this company's customer support. Unfortunately, I initially received the wrong size, but luckily Oliva from customer service helped me right away, so I was sent the correct size immediately, very customer-friendly!

I ordered two sweaters, and they fit really well. They feel very soft and warm, and they're also wonderfully light. I can easily wear them without a shirt underneath, and they don't feel tight or heavy at all. I'm going to check right away to see if they have any other cute sweaters.
