Very difficult to use service with phone. Go back to regular tickets. Upon exit was confusing. I wasn’t sure if it registered that I was exiting parking. Super nerve wracking

It was a little intimidating using technology to park my car, but it actually wasn’t too hard to use. Everything was done on my iPhone. The parking lot is well lit so I felt safe.

It was so easy to use with the texting system. I also liked there was a attendant there and visible to answer any questions.
