Very sharp turns and odd layout. Brightly lit. Parking based on time so you’re not really sure how much you’re gonna pay vs flat rate. Would not choose this garage if you’re going to be downtown for a long period of time.

We couldn't find the paid parking. Didn't need it either at Opryland!

parking was not easy to exit and not clear

On location. As it’s not clear that it’s $40.00 bucks if you have to leave after 5 hours. $120.00 bucks for two days.
We called twice seeing if you had better rates but you would do absolutely nothing.
I would not recommend staying in the loft for that reason alone, because parking is non existent, and you don’t offer special rates.

Reasonable price, convenient location & safe parking.

It's ridiculous to have to pay for parking everywhere you go.It's worse than New York city. Now I see why everyone rides a scooter or takes the bus or bike.

I had a voucher sticker and was unable to apply it to my parking time due to not having a ticket to insert in the machine. Wasn't aware that was an option until after leaving the garage and being charged 35.99 for 3 hours of parking.

Your attendants are wonderful, helpful and understaning. I used ParkWhiz and that is confusing for entering and leaving purposes. Your signs should give explanation on how to work third party paying. But your attendand was there to help

Complete ripoff. WAY too expensive, and the entry and exit process is idiotic.

Ease of use and flexible for last minute change of plans.

Inexpensive, great parking location. Excellent experience, would recommend to anyone visiting Nashville!

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!! $41.00 for 5 hrs. No one to talk to about the charge. Would have been cheaper to have it valeted at the Omni. NOT HAPPY

Convenient hours open and actively monitored after-hours phone number. They pick up and drop off right at your vehicle. Their lot does fill up due to the close proximity to the terminal. Fast check-in/out and friendly staff with competitive prices. Will recommend to my friends and use them again!

Nice garage. Neat and clean. Elevators were efficient and clean. The $10 rate for Sunday was a real bargin.

I made the parking reservation on line which I found convenient and easy. My only problem were the instructions to enter the garage. I believe I was suppose to wave the UPC code at the entry box, but it wasn't clear exactly were on the entry box. Plus I never received a signal that I successfully input the UPC code. I was then apprehensive that I may have a problem when I leave as I was required, per instructions, to again wave the UPC code, However, when I reached the exit, the gate opened automatically, and I had to do nothing.

Signage is not clear. We followed signs to insert credit card & when we left to use the same card to exit. It would not let us out, took 2 phone calls & about 10 minutes to get out of the parking garage. Was charged 2 hrs fee for only 1hr 3 minutes parking.

parking and downloading the app etc. was confusing. It took a long time to leave because folks didn't know what they were doing while exiting.

ease of entrance/exit however cost was a little excessive
