Pague mi estacionamiento por 3 horas y al regresar antes de las 3 horas tenía un ticket con una multa de 50.00, como es esto posible? El agente nunca revisó el parquimetro? Mande mi reclamo por correo con pruebas y jamás me respondieron, al punto que mi acompañante para evitar recargo pago el ticket, pero hoy voy a la oficina a pedir una explicación de lo sucedido y el reembolso de lo pagado

Would not park here again
We paid $12 to park for 3 hours and needed to extend it for 1additional hour. It charged us $12 for the additional hour. What a rip off.

We legitimately got robbed
We legitimately got robbed. Came back after 2 days to our car that we locked and one of the doors was ajar and several electronics and a carjack were missing

I paid for 3 hours ($12.35)
I paid for 3 hours ($12.35), started an account. I got an alert that my 3 hours was coming up, so I added another hour. I was charged the full amount again, $12.35. So an extra hour costs the same amount as the previous 3. Four hours is $24.70??? Please tell me this was a mistake and you’re refunding the $12.35 minus 1 hour extension.

Kiosk at location did not work…
Kiosk at location did not work properly. Waited for 15 minutes to make sure Kiosk applied payment and never did. Was able to use website. Should have been signs posted Kiosk was not working, or have a number to call for assistance.
