Very efficient and excellent customer service.

Ive been a customer of Park Insurance for over 40 years , for my rentals and home cover.
I've never had a problem, they explain policy details well, The personal touch of a phone call reminder on policy renewals has helped more than once.

We started to use Park Insurance when starting our business and have dealt with a couple of members of the team, mainly Scott but also Alex when he is on holiday. They have always been very helpful and have managed to get us the best deals possible. We continue to use Park Insurance every year and even ask them to help out when extra cover is needed. I would personally recommend them for any insurance needs whether you have no idea about the covers available and even if you do because they can reach a wider range of insurers.

We set up a new business insurance for a stater business but also added our other business of 35 years and both were competitive quotes.

Really happy to with service we received whistl booking insurance for the field-turned-car park at our wedding. Miles was so helpful, thorough, prompt to respond and friendly. It was such a relief to have someone so helpful, even with such a small thing, as we needed to meet the land owners brief which I found somewhat confusing - Miles was brilliant though and I would absolutely rate Park Insurance for their quotation customer service!
