I am unable to make calls whilst at work, so need a dealer to reply to my emails. Parkland returned my emails and messages, when many others did not. Dealing with Fedz at Parkland was nice and easy, how it should be and with no pressure.

Honestly can’t thank this garage enough, fedz was amazing. So easy to talk and explained everything. So glad I travelled to buy a car from here thanks guys!!

I made an appointment on a Sunday with Fedz. He gave me the keys and left me alone to inspect the car which was appreciated. When I finished he answered any questions or queries about the car. He took me through the financing details in a professional, but relaxed manner giving me the full details and the benefits of purchasing through them. He made sure I was ok to proceed at each stage which gave me peace of mind. I would buy another car from Parkland.

I unexpectedly had to replace my car but only had a small budget so had limited choice. Found just what I wanted at Parkland Motors but I live 50 miles away. I had never bought a car online before but it was hassle free. Jason responded promptly to any requests and was professional and polite. He sent me a video of the car and described it's condition accurately. For a very reasonable fee the car was delivered to me on a trailer. The car is exactly as described. Have had the car for 2 weeks now and all good.

Great communication from Fedz all the way through, updating me on everything about my new purchase. Even sent me videos, thoroughly going through the interior and exterior of my car.
Had the car delivered to Newbury and the guy who dropped it off was very professional.
Couldn’t fault Parkland Motors and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Picked my car up today Richard is a top guy nothing to much trouble even insisted on washing the car before I left enough fuel to get me home and more what a bonus would recommend parkland 100%

Do not buy a car from this dealership. Brought a car from them 18 months ago and has cost approx £5000 in repairs - all of which the garages have said the dealerships would have known about. Dealer lied about important parts of the car when sold. Have been in contact with them and they accept no responsibility and will not work with TMO.
Would advise to shop elsewhere - wish I did.

We bought our last car from Parkland Motors, so we went back when we wanted another, relaxed walk around, no hard sell, test drive, bought it and took it away there and then, also dealt with the same person, very relaxed and pleasurable experience.

Brought a car from Parkland motors and within a week had the check engine light come on. Not a great sign so took back for a refund. Had to wait 1 week for a refund and chase up every day leaving me without a car for weeks. Would avoid and save yourself the hassle…

I brought a car from this garage and would never buy another car from there again, if you are considering buying a car from this dealer please check the cars history and have a good look at the bodywork as I believe most of there cars are repaired on site (bodywork) and the workmanship is so poor it's untrue, and the after sales is really poor the salesman are so rude, I'D STAY WELL AWAY.

Very helpful and friendly, buying a car without seeing it prior to receiving it, I felt confident they had been honest throughout the process - dealt with Fedz and found him to be professional and definitely an asset to the company

Had a great experience with buying a car, all done over the phone and what’s app, with Fedz messaging with videos of the inside and outside of the car, Fedz also sorted out the delivery of the car to suit us, nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely recommend buying a car from them and their honesty in selling vehicles.

We had a really great experience dealing with Fedz, Offered a good deal on my part ex and offered a better finance rate than I already had. We were late collecting my new car but he stayed and waited and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
