I was really apprehensive about changing my timber windows in my period property to UPVC, but I was so cold last winter i felt I needed to face my fears.
From the initial contact with Scott and Paul who were so helpful (also very understanding as I am super fussy 🙄) and then finally fitting (Shane and Dan) fabulous guys!
Thank you so, so much, my new windows and doors look awesome.

Just had a front door, french doors and a side garage door fitted by Park Lane. Chris and Freddy were friendly and did a great job, going the extra mile in helping swap over the hard wired ring doorbell. This is the second time we’ve used Park Lane and we will continue recommending them to our friends and family.

We went to Park Lane without hesitation to install a garden room, following on from them fitting doors and windows some time ago. The whole team were fantastic from the very start. The build was challenging as everything had to go through the house as no rear access. From the initial planning, the installers, electricians, A/C engineers. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. On time and updated at every part of the build. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Well done to Paul and his team. Great group of people and cannot recommend them all enough. If you are considering a garden room/windows/doors…call them first.

£95 call out charge to give a quote for two cloudy panes! Seriously? I'll be using Clayson Windows who don't charge a penny. Disgusting.

Paul and team done an outstanding job on building our Garden would recommend them for future work.

It was a very positive and happy experience. Starting with the easygoing and informative quote, everything was explained clearly without any pressure sales tactics you might expect. My windows were fitted on time, to the exact spec I ordered. The window fitters were very polite and considerate and did a high-quality job.

Fantastic finish. Great communication. Friendly guys. Did what they said they'd do, when they said they wood. Fair price.

The two fitters turned up spot on time did a fantastic job fitting my windows in even though it was freezing cold . They did a fantastic job highly recommend Park Lane windows ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience from start to finish. With a cottage we were worried about our options but they were so helpful and measured for different options and we love the end result. All staff were great especially fitters

I ordered a front door and up until installation, everything was good. Although the door looks nice, the quality of it is beyond disappointing. I needed a new front door as the old one became drafty and considering energy prices, not at all energy efficient. Once my new door was fitted, I realised within a few weeks that I had the same problem, my new door had a significant draft coming in and of course heat escaping out. When I called in to report the issue, they told me that a service call would take 6 to 8 weeks, but they were doing me a favour taking the details of the problem over the phone as I should report the issue via their website. A very nice chap came and had a look but only reduced the level of draft, it was not resolved fully. Several months on, the door does not open properly, and it doesn't close properly... and guess what? 6 to 8 weeks for a service call. I am not confident I will be able to use my front door for much longer!!
I guess the question I ask myself is..... Is the 6 to 8 week wait for a service call due to a lack of staff, or is it due to their products being so poor, they have so many service calls to deal with that they couldn't possibly employ enough staff. My money is unfortunately on the latter! I miss my old door!!

I booked a service visit on the 16th January and paid £65 for it as they had fitted a patio and front door and both were having problems (we can’t even open the patio door as it’s stuck) they booked us in for the 08/02/23 and then cancelled that visit and booked us in for 24/02/23. Their ‘engineer’ turned up, spent 5 mins in our home and told us he didn’t have time to look at the patio door and left.
I contacted them on 22/03/23 as I’ve heard nothing at all, and they haven’t bothered to reply.
I would not recommend these as they have taken £65 off us and provided no service.

We ordered a large replacement full length window from Park Lane. Once fitted we noticed there was an issue with manufacture so contacted them to report the fault. The issue was immediately rectified on-site by a knowledgeable maintenance man who couldn’t have been more helpful. We are now fully satisfied with the window supplied.
