I had an electrical fault in my flat and a guy called Scott O" Brien had an electrician out quicker than expected. Fault was found and rectified that same day. Very professional, polite and helpful. 5 stars all the way.

I've dealt with Scott O' Brien multiple times and always found him to be very polite, helpful and very thorough in every aspect of his job. Nothing is too much trouble and having dealt with other property manager's before I can honestly say he's one of the best one's. Really nice guy.

Park Property Management are one of the best property factors to work with in Glasgow, working with them for many years have been very enjoyable. Scott O'Brien is especially helpful in providing all the relevant information to assist us with completing work for Park, Highly recommend!

Park Property Management have been looking after our development at Parkside Gardens in Motherwell for the past 12 months or so. At the time they took over communications were sporadic on occasions which I believe was due to a poor handover by the previous property management company. However , since that rocky start communications and overall service has improved greatly and credit for this should be given to Craig Massey (PM) and his backroom staff. Recently we had a number of issues at site and Craig was able to reach out to various stakeholders and support agencies in order to address all relevant matters. He dealt directly with outside agencies and suppliers when required and regularly kept local residents updated on progress. I appreciate that Craig has most likely got a number of sites to manage (which isn’t easy) and hopefully now he has managed to pull things together at Parkside Gardens he is finding the job less stressful and more enjoyable.

I have dealt mostly with Scott O'Brien at Park Property.
Scott is very helpful and does his best to get the job done on time, every time. Factors really do have a difficult job. It's not easy for them, chasing funds for essential repairs etc. People don't see the time and effort that goes into dealing with multiple tenants and occupiers. I have worked previously with other factoring companies and could honestly say that Park Property are by far the best out there.

Do not use this company they have no respect for their customers. Poor communication and never come back to you. Charge too much and haven’t got a clue. The worst factors I have dealt with.

Called in regarding some issues, got Michael on the phone, he was very friendly and helpful and took the time to help me and explain things.

I had a very positive experience with the company and wanted to share. I had a serious property issue and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. All the staff I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and nothing was a problem. Thanks PPM for your support.

I am currently in an unresolved dispute with this company regarding a boundary fence for which I paid my agreed contribution of £57 in February 2024. Despite repeated assurances that the fence would be measured and repaired “the following week,” absolutely no progress was made. Instead, I received a series of inconsistent updates followed by increasingly aggressive demands for further payment.

In my experience, the company fails to organise work within a reasonable timeframe and does not provide clear, reliable communication. I have retained all correspondence documenting delays and contradictory statements.

Based on my dealings to date, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided and do not consider the company’s conduct to meet an acceptable professional standard. This company is redundant, taking people's hard earned cash and offering very little in return.

PPM took over the factor management of the new build estate a live on. We never got anything to set up a direct debit with them we then received an unnecessarily aggressive letter saying we had missed a payment and were being billed with a late fee. A bill of which we're yet to receive a original invoice of. We called it was paid and the late fee was waved but no less than 6 months we have another late payment letter without an original invoice?
Abysmal service

Charges seem quite high.
I have paid a standing order every months now I'm getting hit with invoice over two hundred a month .this was never the case before. Also have a cheek to add charge for missed payment when i have not received invoice.
