Never got an email with the bar code, just a welcome message "Please note: This email is sent automatically, so you may have received this review invitation before the arrival of your package or service. In this case, you are welcome to wait with writing your review until your package or service arrives".

I tried to call customer services several times to cancel it, No one available to talk to. very disappointed. I could not make my trip. The website is suck. I wish you could refund my trip to Florida. I was very sick prior to my trip. thank you very much.

Best parking garage for Ohare Airport
Best parking garage for Ohare that I’ve experienced thus far! The bus was already at the bus shuttle parking spot once we got off our flight. No wait or anything! Highly recommended!
