Today, I switched from a company with terrible customer service and was shocked when, after I heard 2 rings on the other end, a human named Stephanie answered the phone. I needed to order ostomy supplies, and Stephanie did not connect me with someone else or send me to another menu. She helped me get on the website, choose my products, took my information, and placed my order for me. She needed to put me on hold at one point for approximately 45 seconds to make sure that the products we had decided on fit together appropriately. I am sold and will 100% come back to the Parthenon in the future. They now have a new loyal customer. Thank you!

The bags are great. The ability to throw them in the toilet is amazing. Your pouch stays clean and there is no draining the bag and all the hassle with doing it that way. Just take the bag out and flush it. If your bag is really full you may need to pour it into the toilet first and then flush the bag, but it’s super easy.
It also increases the “life” of your pouch. I’ve found using a ring of paste around Susan (name of my stoma) and then an another ring of paste around that and it is great. I reinforce the wafer with some medical grade tape and I can go a week before having to change the wafer and pouch. With no sores and rarely having to use the powder. Just the skin barrier spray.
Buy on order and a few 2 piece bags and wafers and try it. I have been very happy with it. Hope this helps.
