My options were explained very well to me without any pushy sales.

I have discovered this week, in addition to the multiple previous failures , that partners& after being advised in writing twice, that I had acquired the watch failed to advise the insurance company and add it to the policy. The investors appointed to review these issues this week advised me: “ From the information provided by insurers, this watch was not added to the policy, despite the discussions with your broker (partners&). “

Partners& must be mortified that as this investigation progresses, more and more of their mistakes are being discovered.

I welcome them discussing with me a rationale solution to this.

I would suggest and new customers apply severe caution to using this entity until the relevant parties have determined the totality of their errors

Excellent service from Georgie and Yusuf, Yusuf has been incredibly understanding and has thoroughly explained everything to me.

Partners& have recently sorted out our business insurance. They have taken the time to understand our needs and given us some great advice. I feel like they care and are looking after us, but equally are not over the top in regards to time. To be honest business insurance is probably one of the lowest priorities in my schedule, but its great to know these guys have me covered.

Caroline and Georgie have been really helpful. Georgie helped and guided me through my application for life cover with great care. Thank you both for a lovely experience.
