Part was out of stock through manufacturer. They had the part in stock and were charging what the manufacturer was, no price gouging like other sites. Part was delivered on schedule. Very positive experience.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - ordered part for 2 day arrival. I gave the correct address. They emailed me it was still not correct, and then they sent another email saying part wasn't available, and I had to email them to refund the entire order, including the second-day air payment, all of this over 7 days

At the time the order was placed, the part was available in very limited stock. Due to the delay in confirmation, the item was purchased by another customer before we could complete processing. We understand how disappointing this situation was, especially with expedited shipping selected, and we truly regret the inconvenience caused.

The associate I talked to was very competent and transparent. The motor I purchased worked as promised; it was indeed pre-programmed. There is so much confusion about A/C blower motors, it is refreshing to interact with people who know their stuff.
