Not a pleasant return interaction. I paid $310 for my brake set with shipping. I wasn’t fully sure of the size I needed which is on me, my bad. However the part where they get 1 star 0 stars if I could, is they charge you $23 shipping from Calgary to red deer, great I will happily pay to ship these back to Calgary, BUT what they don’t tell you is if your parts do not fit, you don’t send them back to Calgary, oh no, you have to send them to Quebec. So with my return I lose 10% discounted from 20% restocking fee, so now I get $280 of the $310, fine whatever, then you get hit with a $400 shipping fee to send them to Quebec, or you can opt for their oh so generous $234 discounted shipping cost. Making it so your return is a whopping $50 of the $310 you spent. Terrible policy, unsatisfied, hope people boycott this trash..

BUYER BEWARE! WHY SELL CAR PARTS IF YOU WONT SHIP, RETURN, OR PRICE MATCH?

I attempted to order brakes and calipers for my car. I thought the deal was good based on google reviews and bought from them instead of parts avatar or auto shack. On a weekday I paid for express 1-2 day shipping, not tipping extra even though that is on their site as well. Only to be told of a shipping delay and that I could not cancel the order or get my money back, also NO price matching AND CHARGE ME for return shipping because they use outside couriers. How can I get parts from Ottawa to Welland FASTER than from Toronto to Welland? I can drive there to king street and pick them up myself. After screen capturing my entire chat and advising the agent what they are doing is FRAUD, they advised me they will cancel the order and issue a full refund which I got by email transfer the following business day. Having to take pictures of parts that dont fit for their claims process is also a pain, why not just decode the vin so it is guaranteed fittment instead of a drop down list. They kept repeating themselves that i should read the policies. No dude, you listen to me instead as is part of the job. I bought fron canadawheels.ca instead because they are 30% lower prices on the exact same brands of car parts. When they are at least $30-$60 less on ALL parts, it adds up quick when doing all calipers, rotors and pads. I saved at least $300-$500 in parts alone by shopping around.

The Year Make Model engine to select the vehicle is very poor which leads to mistakes on their side. As a result, the wrong part was ordered and they refused to take it back.
Please buy from more reputable and reliable companies such as Detroit Axle, Parts Avatar, Parts ID to name a few.

Price was the lowest and the process was lightning fast! Got my parts at my door the day after ordering.
