I ordered parts from your company
I ordered parts from your company, but never received them. I tried to cancel my order and get a refund but was told it had already shipped.UPS said they never received the package from partsvu . Finally I filed a dispute through my credit card company.
I ordered the same parts from another company and received them four days later.

Easy to order
Easy to order. They have the parts you need and great prices. The only problem i have is not easily finding the parts that would be "extra". Like ordering a water pump kit it's not that easy to find the housing which is not standard.

They follow through on prompt delivery
However! When I requested two day delivery (FedEx) the service from FedEx was slower than (2) days! Received the parts on day (4)! Contacted PartsVu and they explained that 2 day is two business days-so order late on Friday means get your stuff on Wednesday! Would have appreciated an AI alert when ordering from the companies involved! But still a LOYAL CUSTOMER!

The whole kit made changing my oil and doing a service on my outboard that much easier. Customer service was great as well. I called them with my serial number and they told me exactly which kit to buy. Definitely will be ordering again!

New part is defective
New part is defective. Endless emails to try and get a replacement part. You process is sending me into a “warranty replacement” - whatever that is. Net is it took 3-4 weeks to ship the part. Its an oil tank with a float that is defective. Boat cant be used until this is replaced costing me 2 months down time. I am totally disappointed. Your process is a total hassle and I will need to just buy a part elsewhere to get my boat on the water whole you ring me through your “process”.

I also understand your concerns with the warranty process. Because this part is manufacturer-backed, we are required to follow their warranty procedures to obtain a replacement. That said, I agree the experience should not feel this difficult, and I’d like to help move this along as quickly as possible.
If you can please provide your order number and confirm the best contact information, I will personally review your case and work to expedite the warranty claim with the manufacturer. In some cases, we may also be able to explore alternative options to reduce further downtime.

Received prior orders on time with OEM parts as advertised at the best price of any local dealer
Last order I cancelled due to back ordered part which I should have been better informed as to the delay given all the order was on hold. Recommend not holding or providing an option to get what was in stock. Needed to get the job done so canceled and promptly got a credit back.
