First time buyer, perfect experience.
Alex is professional, friendly and knowledgable, but above all, human which is so important when you’re going through the process of getting a mortgage. As a first time buyer I had a million questions but he never made me feel like any of them were stupid and always made time for me. He worked really hard to get me the best deal within budget and was available and working on my behalf way past office hours and at weekends, I have recommended Parx to my friends and family and will not be going anywhere else in the future.

First time mortgage application
From the off Alex was very helpful and kept me up to date with my mortgage application. Having face to face discussions was good as it allowed me to ask lots of questions whilst Alex was showing all details of mortgage on PC. Once the mortgage was agreed Alex then looked at best options for life cover and got that sorted too. I have to admit I found it quite daunting applying for a mortgage but Alex took all that away and made process easy. I will continue to use Alex for any future mortgage requirements and would recommend him and his business, ParX, to anyone who needs advice or help with mortgage/life insurance.
