Dear Charles,
We certainly declared the correct value as papers show.
We are legally required to declare the actual value and we expect buyers to be aware of the charges inside their shipping country.
Kind regards,

Hi Paolo,
Thank you for your time to leave us a feedback, it has been a pleasure doing business with you.
And, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the custom.
We sell and ship to over 80 countries and we are not aware of all these countries custom rules! Hence in our terms and conditions, we have explicitly advised our customers to be aware of any custom charges of the place they live, and unfortunately it is something completely out of our hand and the responsibility of our customers.
Please get in touch before your next purchase and we will be happy to advise you on shipping and custom. charge.
Again, I apologise for this inconvenience caused.
Kind regards
Pashiz Coins Team

As a whole this transaction was smooth, seller cooperative and willing to help. Royal Mail is reliable but a bit slow in their service. Coins I have received were those pictured and were carefully packed.
