Trying to pay over the phone

Trying to pay over the phone, inputted all card details, CVV, DOB, Address and then it said payment unsuccessful but the card isn't the issue and all the details were inputted twice, correct both times
And to top off the phone call, it came up as Suspected Fraud instead of the caller ID
Also tried to pay online and that didn't work either as it said some of my details were incorrect "Please correct details in red boxes" and they all had green ticks next to them

Not sure what to do now as the phone directory said to hold the line and then the phone call ended after it said all staff are busy

I’m trying to pay and I can’t

I’m trying to pay and I can’t login - emailed to ask to login and no luck - so I’ve set some time aside to call them at a time convenient for the UK as calling from Australia and the number provided doesn’t work. At wits end and getting reminder emails to pay?! Then send me a link, give me a way I can pay!!!!!!!

I am not the person !!
You have now been calling my mobile for over two years. Despite me proving I am no the person from the customer ID and several broken promises that you have removed my mobile number guess what still more calls coming in !! Looking at the online reviews I'm stunned you've not made an appearance on BBC Watchdog....YET !!

As an ex employee I can tell you that this company are nothing but sharks. They say help people with affordable bills but we get ostracised and watched if we don't get enough payments. Sometimes in a day nobody can pay, and we're made to feel like we're not doing a good job if we're not harassing people for money. The managers are useless and don't know what they're doing. The staff turnout is insane. They hire at least 4 groups of 30 every week because the work environment is so toxic and the managers are so useless. Don't pay them a penny and take them to court if they're harassing you. Especially for Thames Water, they're nothing but crooked leeches

I was struggling with my everyday bills…

I was struggling with my everyday bills so I contacted past due and told them so they put my account on hold for 30 days so I can sort my finances and meet my everyday bills then today I checked my bank only to see that they have gone ahead and taken my monthly payment leaving me with no money to live on I am absolutely appalled

If I could put less than one I would. I constantly sent me an email saying I owe sky money. I have sent them proof that sky sent me an email saying account paid in full but they have completely ignored my requests to look into this and just keep sending me emails to pay up.

I received a random text five days ago…

I received a random text five days ago with a quote number regarding a sky mobile account. At the time I was sure it had been paid off but I went onto the online portal and see I owed allegedly £1800 to sky mobile. I stupidly logged in And as I couldn’t find anybody to talk to I emailed them on their complaint line. Today I have received an email back but the first bit said RE spam***Which has triggered my alarm bells. After reading the reviews on here, I will not reply to them. I was wondering if anybody knew where to complain to please.

Terrible experience

If I could put a zero I would, what a complete waste of time and resources it is dealing with this company. All calls are scripted and you may have been talking to AI as it was impossible for them to deal with your account. Even after numerous conversations and requests my complaints fell on deaf ears until I asked for this to escalated to a manager. More training is absolutely necessary within this company on all aspects of dealing with issues.
Glad that I will never have to deal with this company again!

The Dregs of society

Letter sent to me explaining I owe £80 to Dvla for non renewal of Tax because I had sold my vehicle. Have attempted to contact them through the website to make a payment but their website does not accept any details and shows "error" when you try-I have also attempted to ring to no avail - this is probably an excuse to charge more on the penalty notice and increase the stress people are already under no doubt

DO NOT TRUST THEM

DO NOT TRUST THEM! I was a victim of identity fraud with Tesco mobile. Tesco resolved this and CLOSED THE ACCOUNT, wrote me a letter. This company has been harassing me with emails, asking for payment for an OVERDUE TESCO ACCOUNT!
You cannot even contact these people, the mobile number they have provided DOES NOT EXIST. The email they provide is an opt out one which does not exist!
Please man up and leave your contact details here so we can contact you and expose just how fraud you are! You are worse than the scammers! I have included your so called customer ID.

Avoid – Pay Sky Direct Instead

I paid Past Due Credit Solutions over two weeks ago to clear a Sky Mobile debt. Despite full payment, my mobile service was never restored, and Sky claim they’ve had no notification of the payment.

When I contacted Past Due, they simply said the account is closed on their system and to speak to Sky. No help. No follow-up. No confirmation that my payment was actually passed on.

Absolutely no accountability after they take your money. If you're dealing with a Sky Mobile debt, I strongly recommend contacting Sky directly instead.

This experience has left me without a phone for weeks, despite doing the right thing and paying up. Poor communication, no resolution, and no ownership of the problem.

Company OVO and Pastdue credit…

Company OVO and Pastdue credit solutions are one big scumbag!! Never had a account with fkn OVO and received bill from house where i moved from 2 years ago!!! Very rude attitude even the customer service. All this going to be passed to my solicitor to be sort it out.

If I could write 0 I really would. They keep calling me about a bill that does not exist, with an address that does not exist and they keep insisting they are right. When you push them to give you more details, they tell you they cannot provide any information for security. The whole thing is an actual joke. I will be reporting them.

Scammers!!! Added extra charges out of nowhere.

My account was passed on to them from creation finance. I made regular payments until March 2025 then they didn't take direct debit saying they been told I made payments to creation finance directly thats why I am covered for April and May. I denied I didn't pay any directly. So they put my account on hold. Then now after two months I am receiving emails with increase in my balance by £476 out of nowhere. They saying we didn't add to the increase creation did. But creation said they haven't.
Customer support member yday accepts this is the recent problem with few accounts they having. They will resolve it. But today Manager says different story that client added to the balance. Ridiculous. They scamming me more money. Infact they have been scamming many people. This is causing me distress and anxiety.
So I REQUEST whoever paying them please check your accounts regularly for any unexplained charges. !!! They are scamming people.

They call and write almost daily

They call and write almost daily , our account with Castle water has been paid but they say it isn't paid . When we tell them to ask Castle water they say it isn't their job to do that .
No idea what to do as we do not owe any money and yet the awful calls and letters still arrive

SCAM COMPANY !!
Tried to scam me out of nearly 2000 pound for an overdue ovo bill.. i have never had energy supplied by OVO.
They sent bills to my address for over a year, trying to get money out of me. I ignored these letters as I knew I never had ovo as a supplier. It wasn't until I contacted the company that I did have supply from, and they said to check wether past due credit Solutions was a valid company. Of course they're not !!!!

Very fishy

Thank goodness for these reviews on trust pilot as I was about to pay them some money towards my HMRC account even though I asked them how the amount I'm owing by them is different to HMRC...also they say I won't pay extra? Then how do they make money...it must be a scam..a clever one..
