High cost for return.
Good customer service . But the return costs a Fortune. On the website saying the return is around £75 . It costs £346 for return 2 pallets of the stone ( 1.5pallets actual) . And my location is London zone4. Would be interest to see the invoice of transport.

Hi Jing Han
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you were happy with our customer service, but we're sorry to learn about your experience with the return costs.
Return charges can vary depending on factors like weight, number of pallets, and courier rates, especially for heavy goods like paving stone. That said, we understand your concerns and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Please feel free to contact our team directly—we’d be happy to look into the details of your return and provide a breakdown of the transport costs, including the invoice from the courier. Transparency matters to us, and we want to make sure you feel confident in the process.
Best regards,
The Patio Paving Team
