Dear Bruce,

We sincerely apologise for the frustration and disappointment caused by your order experience.

We understand how upsetting it must have been to place an order expecting a much shorter processing and delivery timeframe, only to later be told that the item would take much longer than expected. We also understand that after you clearly requested cancellation, receiving further alternative offers and going back and forth with our team made the situation even more frustrating.

This should have been handled with clearer stock information, more transparent delivery updates, and a more direct response to your cancellation request. We are truly sorry that we did not meet those expectations.
