Love this shed. Got the 8x6 Kickit shed. Looks great, easy to assemble, stays dry in rain. I would definitely recommend. Customer service is also very responsive.

I ordered this product twice. First time product arrived with missing instructions, missing parts damaged parts and miss alignment on doors holes and hardware locks. Company gave me the runaround via email for over a week. I had already ordered a second unit. They finally compensated the first unit when I put second unit together only to find not just similar issues but defective hardware that lead to my injury and misaligned roof holes where a tarp had to be placed over the unit because rain wad due and unit could not be completed. I am beyond frustrated.

Purchased the 4’x8’ plastic kick-it shed and was very satisfied with product. Patiowell is one of the few retailers that offer these specific narrow and deep sheds. Fast delivery, easy assembly and clear instructions. The shed looks very nice and feels durable and well ventilated. Still need to see how it handles the rain. Customer care is responsive and very helpful.

Purchased a 8x10 shed with floor kit from
Patiowell directly for $899. Did not receive the floor kit... shed without floor kit is $649. Spent 178.00 on lumber to build a floor kit as I needed to get the shed up. I asked for a refund for the difference... asked me for pictures of the labels on the boxes, as though I was lying... I wouldn't have an issue but I don't have all of the boxes to send labels on since we did half of the shed last weekend (Trash day is Monday) and I kept the remaining pieces in the leftover box. I could send them pictures of the shed built on lumber instead of floor kit... I certainly wouldn't have spent more money, time and effort to build it with lumber if there was a floor kit present!

What made my experience great with Patiowell is that I found the price of the storage shed affordable. In addition, the shed was delivered in a timely manner.

They were responsive and willing to resolve any issues.

Their customer service was excellent. Was diss disappointed to find that the shed I bought was less somewhere else after my purchase of it, but found I didn’t apply the discount code at time of purchase. The company refunded me the difference no questions asked. Hard to find companies that do that this day and age.

The communication from this company is outstanding.
They provided updates for shipping throughout the whole process and I received a free deck box and they emailed quickly asking what color and when it shipped.
The shed took a few hours to put together, but WOW, it was so easy! So worth the extra money I spent on it, plus it will withstand a lot. The deck box took 3 minutes to put together and that included reading the instructions. Great company, great communication, and great product. I would recommend 100%!!

Ordered online and had questions about my purchase. Customer service was excellent.

Ordered 10x10 metal shed, great, so cute. Had to installed on a 12x12 cement slab. Before putting items in it rained. I was eager to check it. So disappointed to see rain had seeped in between shed and concrete. Reported this to them via text and was told this was unusual. I ask for advice, no solutions given. I decided to return. Was instructed to disassemble and they'll schedule a pickup. Then the messages changed. Back tracked on everything said via text. I finally just let it go. Not worth the stress they caused me. The steel was not good and heavy as the one there when I purchased the house some 45-50 years of wear. This product is of less steel grade material. I would never purchase anything from Co Patiowell and strongly advise against anyone doing so. They are not trustworthy and do not stand behind their word or products. Then I'm a senior and a woman. Had I been a man, maybe that wouldn't have treated me this way. DON'T TRUST this COMPANY. My red flag should have been their 3 star rating. But none stated anything about rain seeping in on concrete. BEWARE of companies that lie!!!!!! This purchase was November 2023.

I received the wrong size shed, but they were understanding and resolved the issue promptly. The shed itself is nice and sturdy. Would purchase from Patiowell again.

I haven’t even got my shed yet but I’m giving them 5 stars just for how their customer service conducts themselves. They sent me a better discount code right before I bought and now only did this honor that, they gave me an ever better one because a sale started the day after I bought. Thanks Patiowell!

I have a lot of things that is taking up too much space so I purchased a 6’ x 4’ outdoor shed. It was a lot of work but worth it. I already put some of my things in it and there’s still plenty of room for more. It was delivered very fast and the parts were well organized and fit neatly in two boxes so there wasn't a lot of boxes to deal with. Patiowell customer service had a good tracking system and I received emails to keep me informed of the status of my delivery. It was a good feeling of trust in ordering my outdoor shed. This was a good solution for my storage needs. Now I don't have to go through the inconvenience of renting a storage unit. (Save money and travel time)

I placed my order on a National Holiday and emailed Patiowell later that day to request a delivery date. I was surprised that my email was answered with a few minutes and my delivery date is the exact date I need it to be. I purchased a much needed storage shed because 2024 is the year I get organized and clean out my garage and throw stuff away. The shed is priced very affordable.
