Great, quality product. One of my shirts was missing the flag so I contacted them and Gabby was very helpful with fixing it and sending a replacement.. The t-shirts are hands down the most comfortable I own!

My husband loves the shirts we purchased! The shirts are buttery soft and very comfortable. Our first order was lost in the mail. Customer service goes above and beyond to see that we received our order. Can't say enough great things about Patriot Crew!

I ordered a 3 shirt bundle which included a 4th shirt free. I ordered the wrong size on the 4th shirt, totally my mistake. I emailed customer service to see if I could exchange it for the correct size and not only did they send me the correct one for free, they told me to just hang onto the incorrect sized one as well. Now my wife is rocking a new Patriot Crew t-shirt! Best customer service ever, totally unheard of in today's world! A+++

The t shirts are excellent quality and the customer service is second to none! I had a minor issue and they went above and beyond to take care of it! This is the third time I’ve bought shirts from Patriot crew. Great company!

I love the product. The shirts fit great and I love the down played flag logo on the arm. Customer service is great. I forgot to claim my free t shirt when i placed my order. They happily helped me out and are sending it out.

They shipped the wrong products for my order. I have been unable to get a response by email or phone on what I need to do to get my correct items. The shirts are great but the customer service is awful.

I placed 2 orders totaling more than $250.00. I ordered the wrong size and have been trying to contact them via both phone (went to voicemail so I left a message) I have also sent them 3 emails that also gone unanswered. I have 12 shirts that I can’t wear and a company that isn’t interested enough to remedy my problem in spite of their claim for great customer service on their website.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS. Half my ordered was received and there is no way of contacting them. Sales and support options go to VM and no return calls or emails will ever be received. Reviews you see are bogus and if you leave a bad review it is not posted. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

So originally I gave 2 stars due to no response on requiring an exchange. Product is one of the best fitting Tees I own but was disappointed with lack of response. They did finally get back to me and apologized for the delay due to massive influx of orders and emails. They gave me a USPS label so I could exchange. Things happen and happy they responded. As stated, quality product.

No one responds to emails or website contact form . Cant return the items i bought. That i requested changed before they shipped.

Patriot crew sent 2xl instead of xl shirts and returned my call within 24 hours and are shipping out new shirts. I was disappointed and due to other reviews I never thought they would fix it. I am so happy to say, I was wrong. They are taking care of me and I could not be more thankful. They are the only shirts I wear. Thank you patriot crew, I will buy more and more and more. You guys are fantastic.

I’ve emailed you twice. I gave you a chance to respond. When I ordered my shirts, I saw all of your ads saying $109 for six and a free T-shirt at the time when I finally ordered wether I hit the wrong add or not? Not only did I not get a free T-shirt , I was charged $219 for the order of six T-shirts. In my email I said just send me six more shirts and will call it even which would still be more than what you’re asking for those shirts now. I will be submitting for a refund and sending the shirts back. The sad part is I actually love the shirts. But your PR department has dropped the ball on getting back to people.

Terrible! Should have read reviews here first. Exactly the same thing that happened to me happened to a lot of other people. Charge your credit card immediately, don’t get your product for over a month. Customer service nonexistent. Just sent my fourth email. Have never gotten a response from them.

Love the product but the service is awful. Wife ordered me several items for Christmas, but wrong items were sent. They don’t answer calls, they don’t respond to emails or any other messages. Order was placed on Black Friday a now here we are 3rd week of January and nothing, nada, zero correspondence regarding the issue. Unacceptable and totally unreliable, can’t be trusted, lost my business.

Placed an order before thanksgiving, took over 3 weeks to ship. Now it says delivered to a mailbox but does not give specific address of mailbox. They don't answer phone calls or emails so this will be the last time I ever order from them. Poor customer service, poor order fulfillment, poor inventory management just a poor company claiming American values and supporting military.
