I had extended warranty with them that was due to expire in September. I needed the warranty today and to my surprise the phone number is to another company, the website is non existent. They fraud me of $1,747

REPORT THEM TO THE SOUTH DAKOTA STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE FOR RESTITUTION.
This company is a scam or a ponzi. I have called several times and it's extremely hard to get an answer. I filed a consumers complaint to the South Dakota Attorney Generals Office website. I also filed a complaint on the BBB website. They emphasized to tell others that have been scammed to contact the state Attorney Generals Office. Everyone should do this...... there is power in numbers to run this company out of business and collect the money owed to us! It only takes a few minutes to file a complaint....please do this NOW and you might get your money back. It doesn't hurt or cost anything.

They are being investigated for fraud and sued by many customers. Check out who owns the company, it's a rabbit hole with a con man running the show.

Company can’t be reached. Trying to cancel warranty and can’t get ahold of them. I agree with other people maybe a class action lawsuit will help. Reading reviews looks like money I lost and should have done better research.

Will not cancel contract. Hangs up on you when you call. Have contacted other people receiving same treatment and all agree it is time for a class action law suit! What a scam they have turned out to be.

Scam company purchased in 2020 a 5 year warranty, needed work in 2023 and could not get ahold of anyone or calls back. Jersk.

I purchased a 5 year auto warranty in 2020 and paid $1,900. I submitted two claims in 2022 that they have never paid me for and I received an approval for my first claim from Diane Moss but never received a check and then when i got back with them again spoke with Kyle who ended up leaving me on hold for more than 15 minutes and then hung up on me. I tried again to get back with them and got Kyle again and he said they would take care of both claims and would have checks for both with in a week. I never received confirmation from Kyle in writing which he promised me nor ever received any payment checks. Now when you call no one answers and it just says to enter an extension number which I never received one but after 3 tries it just hangs up on you. I just sumbmitted a 3rd claim and currently Patriot owes me in excess of $1,500. They are taking peoples money and no longer responding to anyone. This is a fraudulent company that needs to be reported to the FTC and FBI.

At first their nice to you once they get you money they don't return your calls. My vehicle needed service 2 years ago and never return the calls, Service Adviser said that his calls went straight to voicemail. Same with me no answer. Still waiting for their call. This company should go out of business. THEY STOLE MY MONEY! VERY UPSET! BEWARE

SCAM! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THESE FRAUDS! If you purchased a warranty from the Patriot con-men less than 1 year ago, call your credit card company ASAP to ask for a charge-back for fraud/online scam etc. You may have some recourse. If it's longer, file an online complaint with the South Dakota Attorney Generals Office, the SD BBB, the SEC and Sioux Falls, SD Police Dept. (if applicable). We the people need to band together and get these crooks found, arrested and prosecuted. Ralph Elliot and the other low-life crooks who work there, need to be in prison. Do not give up! Use all the resources the law affords you and let's get these criminals prosecuted = jail/prison time. To Ralph Elliot and the Owner of Patriot Warranty: Do the right thing before you go to jail and refund all the money you STOLE, like you promised! There are only 50 states, eventually law enforcement will catch you guys. It's never too late to do the right thing.

I purchased their platinum extended warranty in 2019, which was for 5 years and 100k miles. In 2021 my check engine light came on so I took it to an approved repair shop. They said my water pump is leaking and I need a new one. I tried calling all the contact numbers I had and that are online and numbers were disconnected and one number went straight to a voicemail. For 5 days my car was at this shop. The owner and I sent at least 20 emails and left at least 20 messages. I made the mistake of paying $1,700 upfront so I’m out that money plus the cost of a new water pump, which was $1,200.

I'm experiencing the same as all the below reviews. They will not return calls. My dealer tried to call them several times as well. They've had the same result as me. THEY WILL NOT RETURN CALLS! How is this company in business?

This site is a complete scam. I have twice tried to submit claims. One time they told my car repair shop they would pay $400 of a $2,000 +- repair. They never paid it. I only found this out when I went to make a second claim and they told me they had not paid the first claim. No one answers the phone. After called dozens of time I got ahold of someone who put the claim into my account but then never responded to the claim. Lots of $$$ down the drain lots of time tryin to make claims that never get paid. They show a 5 star trust pilot logo on their site...that is obviously not true.

I wish we could give them no stars at all. DO NOT EVER use this company for anything. I made the mistake of purchasing a warranty for my Harley two years ago. Now that I need to utilize this, you will get absolutely no response from them whatsoever. How are they even still in business??

I got coverage in 2020 and tried to make a claim twice and got NO ANSWERS. I paid them $ 1450. up front"that's the way they do it". My BIG MISTAKE. My coverage is good till 2025 an I'M trying to cancel since they DO NOT HONOR THEIR contracts. They do not answer their phones. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER.

They are not a reputable business. They will take your money on new sales contracts, If you try to submit a claim you will not get a call back, if you try to cancel as per contract rules you will not get a refund and phone calls will never be returned! They are dishonest and the SD State Attorney must investigate and shut them down ASAP.

I too, like everyone else, was completed scammed by this company for $4300 back in 2020. Upon realizing that the company may have been fraudulent after not being able to get a hold of anyone, I cancelled 6 months after purchase in early 2021. It’s now been 2 years, all I received was a cancellation notice, no prorated refund as promised. I’ve called more times than I’d like to admit, nothing. Tried contacting my CC company to dispute as a fraudulent charge, unfortunately too late. I’ve reached out to the BBB, AG, etc. I don’t understand how they’re allowed to continue doing business based on all of the reviews. When is anyone going to decide to do something about these frauds? What else can we possibly do to get our money back??? For anyone even contemplating using these clowns, heed the warning from everyone and simply stay away. Good luck to all that got scammed as myself!

I hated even pressing the one star!!! I concur with every one of these reviews and complaints…so many calls and emails and no response!! Wish I would’ve seen these reviews nearly 3 years ago when I gave them my money😡

Do not purchase from this company! If you purchase a warranty from them you will make the biggest mistake ever. Don't do it. I promise that all the negative reviews you read about this company are accurate. They don't answer the phone and if they do they hang up. Put you on hold, then hang up! Save yourself the money, this is a scam. I too support a class action lawsuit.
