One of the Jupiter earrings is slightly deformed - not a perfect circle and has a noticeable deformity along the circumference. Which is a shame because they really are lovely otherwise. The service was excellent.

Hi, I'm sorry you weren't 100% satisfied. The jewellery is handmade and therefore not going to have a factory finish. This makes every piece individual but we wouldn't want to send out something with obvious defects.
