Impossible to reach and bad aftercare service
I was unfortunate enough to have these people building my kitchen as part of a newly built flat that I have bought from Fairview.
I need to do an extension project and for this I will need the specification for the LED lights they have used.
I have sent three emails, I have talked to them on the phone, I have sent a "contact us" request as per the instructions of the person on the phone, I have sent a request throught their chat bot on the website. They simply do not reply.
I honestly do not know what to do other than alerting people about this.
I was provided with some product codes when I chatted on the phone, but the products do not exist on the shop.
They have zero aftercare and they simply do not care after the installation is done.

To provide some context, you first contacted us by telephone on Saturday 10th October, when our team advised you to submit your enquiry through our online contact form. We appreciate that having to repeat your enquiry through another channel was not an ideal experience, and we apologise for the additional inconvenience this caused.
Following receipt of your enquiry, our team responded within two working days, in line with our standard service level agreement. However, we fully appreciate that the overall experience could have been smoother, and your feedback is valuable in helping us improve how we handle customer enquiries.
We have now contacted you directly and provided the LED lighting specification information you requested. We have also attempted to reach you by telephone to ensure you have everything you need and to offer any further assistance.
We value all our customers, including those whose kitchens have been installed as part of a new-build development, and our commitment to customer care extends beyond the initial installation.
We sincerely hope the information provided helps with your project and that we have been able to reassure you of our commitment to supporting our customers.

Martin fitted our kitchen island and came back a few weeks later to fix some other bits in our kitchen. Was really lovely and super tidy! Really happy with the work he did for us!

Martin - Outstanding and absolute amazing!
He entered my house with a kind demeanour, taking his shoes off without being asked too and was very polite in general. Martin cleaned up after himself when the tap has been fitted, would definitely recommend. 10/10!

I would like to say thank you to both Martin and Clive today. They replaced an end panel and a couple of my cupboard doors. They were extremely clean and quick but thorough. Extremely happy.

Outstanding Work!
Clive was fantastic. Really went above and beyond to assist us today. Unfortunately, our matter went from a simple tap replacement to issues with small leaks and piping. However, Clive not only replaced the tap, but managed to sort all issues regarding our kitchen sink (these issues were present before his involvement, without our/lack of knowledge). We now get hot water to the tap and have better water pressure due to his outstanding work. Couldn’t be more thankful for his assistance and as an individual, I would highly recommend him! P.S, he was a lovely man with a great sense of humour, keeping the situation light despite the issues we’d found.

Clive the fitter deserves all the stars, he is calm and professional, he's done a great job. Paula Rosa kitchens haven't been great in recognizing the issues with their units delaminating and tried to say it's water damage. Totally untrue. Clive got to the bottom of this and has done a stellar job! Thanks Clive 😊

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that Clive did such a fantastic job, but we’re genuinely sorry that the way your initial complaint was handled left you feeling disappointed.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been. When damage is reported, we do need to carry out an inspection to understand what may have happened and help prevent similar issues in the future. However, we recognise that the way this process was handled and communicated did not give you the experience or level of support we would expect for our customers, and for that we sincerely apologise.
We’re pleased that we were ultimately able to replace the damaged doors for you free of charge, despite being unable to establish conclusively what had caused the damage.
Thank you again for your patience while we worked to resolve this. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience fell short of the standard of service we aim to provide, and we really appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve.

Great service

Extra cabinets
Martin installed some extra cabinets for me in my kitchen. He did a fantastic job putting them in and gave me some helpful advice about extending our lights underneath. He also did a great job removing dust etc from the installing process. Great customer service
