I was a bit cynical on coming but have to admit I’ve had my eyes opened. I am very quickly and seriously rethinking how my wife and I develop our future in property together. She is signed up for the protege programme and I understand why.

A real eye opener for anyone new to property, real in depth course to help understanding different strategies to raise finance and become financially free through property deals using none of your own money, highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking of getting into property decelopment in the future!

Great but would like to learn more on rental and how to flip the property, network with builders and contractors, find the right deals etc

This is a good intro course. It is high level, depth is limited at this course as this is reserved for the Property Protege course . However as this course was only £49 plus £30 for evening Q&A session it’s a good start in the property journey. First day is slow with morning about Paul’s back story and positive think. Better content really comes in last hour or so of first day and day 2. Would recommend but manage your expectations for a £79 course.
