We had a great experience with Paul Robinson, despite our first home purchase not being a smooth experience the team helped us to complete. We were helped by Anna and Emily who were both very helpful and great at staying in contact.

Our issues stemmed from the sellers solicitors missing an issue on their property post exchange. Despite this very unusual issue causing delays and headaches our conveyancers kept us well informed and were clear on our options. This really made us realise the value and importance of picking a good solicitor!

Our conveyancer was based in Essex, but we were based in London. The team were flexible and we were able to drop off documents to their London offices without any issues.

Paul Robinson solicitors has been incredible since the loss of my husband, walking me through every detail, probate, company advice, and much much more. Every query has been met with expert advice, prompt responses and with extraordinary amount of kindness and compassion. Thank you for supporting my husband, me and my family. You’ve made an awful time bearable because you didn’t just do your job, you cared too.

Excellent care was taken by Elizabeth Hall in dealing with IHT and probate matters for my late father. Elizabeth was responsive, careful, considerate and trustworthy. We couldn't have asked for anything more from her.
