Very disappointed with the service received from Paul Robinson Solicitors, whom we appointed for purchasing a property in London. One year after the purchase, we still haven't received the land registry file for the property. Recently, we also discovered that there was an arrear of more than one thousand pounds owed by the previous seller at the point of purchase, and now the service charge team is pursuing us for this amount. We contacted Paul Robinson Solicitors about these issues but feel that they are not committed to resolving them. We are extremely frustrated with this company.
