Plagued with bugs and software issues. They make the attempt to “solve” the issue but by that point they already have your money. Snake oil never goes out of style.

This product is absolutely garbage, when it arrived, the product felt like a 20$ item. The zap thing barely works. I contacted them to send it back immediately. They won’t offer a refund even though their website states money back guarantee. I wouldn’t buy one

I started using a Pavlok 3 late December 2023, with the intent of using for silent alarms, reminders, step and sleep tracking. The company promises the world on their site and testimonials, yet mine never tracked sleep or steps effectively, and by April 2024 started changing alarms, giving any results on sleep and randomly not recording steps for days. Support only ever told me to reset the device and reinstall the app, but after reinstall it wouldn't even sync the old alarms, let alone other data. I eventually received a replacement device that summer and the new device had the exact same issues. The app is a nightmare, doesn't stay connected or can't even reconnect manually, sleep/steps/alarms are lost or not recorded constantly. For those that want to use this device offline, well, you can't. I went camping where there was no connection and NOTHING would work because the app kept trying to connect to the company's service and producing an error, rendering the device useless.
I tried using my device 1 full year later just to see if they had fixed the app, but sadly it was equally poor and unreliable and had even more issues, such as confusing my device for another model and still erroring out when there was no active data connection.
It seems like this company is not serious about its product support or customers to be honest, so what is a promising device is simply unsusable.

Save your money and look at alternatives.

Way overpriced watch with long delivery time up to 1 month, needs to stay connected 24/7 with app to use that frequently disconnects and costs monthly to use, They promise free accessory in promotion with a watch purchase and then refuse to give free accessory saying its all gone. I can go on an on, even their competitors $50 watch has less problems then their $200 watch.

My order didn't ship for 10 days after I made it, the tracking simply stated "label created". After much back and forth with customer service they let me know they talked to the shipping team and it would be shipping soon. After 2-3 days the tracking finally updated.

It's now been 1 month since I first made my order and I still don't have my product and no ETA. I have requested them to send me a replacement and expedite it, and they have denied the request and let me know they can cancel my order and refund me.

I was really excited to try this product, but after not sending me a replacement and taking forever to ship my views of this company have been completely soured.
