Absolute joke company! Still not received my order coming up to six weeks. It’s a Christmas gift for my wife and since it said clearly “UK company” and it said 6-18 days for delivery I thought even with it being busy at Christmas I should still get it in time. If I’d known it was coming from China I would have found an alternative. I have emailed but they have now stopped responding. Luckily my wife’s birthday is two weeks after Christmas so fingers crossed it’ll arrive then…..8 weeks after ordering. Avoid this tin pot set up

I would give this company 0 if I could!
I ordered the end of November paid extra for express shipping,
I have emailed several times only to be fobbed off with them
Saying due to staffing shortages or due to high demand there is a short delay.
It has still not been dispatched, I haven’t even been given a rough date when this is going to happen. I have also emailed several times saying just cancel my order and send me a refund to which they reply your order will be processed soon!
Never will I ever order from
This company again and I am so annoyed with myself for not reading these horrific reviews before I brought the item!

I would rate this zero stars if I could. Ordered a hoodie/blanket over a month ago, received nothing and the company have now stopped replying to my emails. I’m chasing a refund through PayPal. Today they had the cheek to ask me to review my purchase on their website. Avoid at all costs

Ordered two hoodies for my children for Xmas on the 20 October 2022 still not arrived £126 out if pocket no communication nothing I’ve been scammed

AVOID! Ordered item at £70 in October and it’s still not arrived despite emails after emails . Shockingly poor service & an expensive item never received

Like other reviews, I think I’ve been scammed too. I ordered a hoodie/oodie a month ago the money left my account with confirmation email. No dispatch email since and will not reply to my emails. Finally found a number to call and it’s an Australian area code! Wish I’d read reviews on here before hand. Needed this in time for Christmas it was £54 too :-(

Well I gave 4 stars. After reading all the bad reviews on here I feared the worst. Actually when it turned up after about 5 weeks the item is ok. Prints are really well reproduced and the material will do what it needs to do. Yes it comes from china but once I received notification that the product had been despatched I could track it all the way. Is it the best out there for quality probably not but I think it is worth the money we paid so overall happy with the item

Do not uses this company at all costs avoid. Customer service is poor been waiting weeks for my order then I got suspicious and found all of these reviews.

Ordered a personalised oversized hoodie for my partner for Christmas with her two dogs on. The images are half decent but the material and quality in general is awful. Baggy cuffs not material ones as shown on their website, and certainly not fleece ams sherpa fleece, infact the outer material is like a cheap faux satin. Got nowhere with customer service and opened up a case against them on PayPal requesting a 50% refund. Was told that would be accepted IF I returned the item! Avoid if you're looking for decent quality items, definitely not worth the money I paid for it!

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND BY THIS CONPANY, AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM DESPITE ORDERING 3 WEEKS AGO. IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN PRINTED YET.

Poor customer service poor products. They refuse to take returns or refund money

I've given Paw Furry a 4 star. The order took about 5 weeks to arrive and when it did I was slightly disappointed with the material it was made from. However, the two photos of my dog were replicated really well and look amazing. The pouch on the front had been matched perfectly with the background design so that you cannot tell there is a pouch on it. It is really warm and overall I like it. The sleeve cuffs could be tighter but that is a personal preference. Would I order from them again... Yes, but be prepared for a wait.

Totally useless company. Website says UK but description is from an Australian company. Some text not even dog related. I bought a harness which did not fit the description. Fortunately my bank have refunded me after raising a fraud claim. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid ordering from this company. They advertise as if they are in the UK but the item I ordered came from China. I ordered a personalised hoodie for my daughter on 2nd October which finally arrived today. The quality of the material is awful. I also paid for shipping so the order would be shipped quicker. As I still hadn’t received the item last week I made contact with them. I was told they were experiencing staff shortages, I requested a refund on shipping costs as I had paid for a service which I didn’t receive. I have been ignored. Spend an extra £15 & order a proper Oodie, unless of course you like wasting £55 on tat!!!!

This company should be stopped from trading !!!! I too wish I had read reviews before ordering. I bought 3 hoodies. They are not even printed on fleece. It is cheap rubbish from China. They have a London office in their advert that makes you think you are ordering from the Uk. I raised a case through paypal for a refund. It was eventually agreed I would get it after returning items. The items have to be returned to Australia !!!! The courier that I am using needs the Australian recipents email address and phone number. Paw Furry are arguing that I do not need them I only need an address. They have been very obstructive all the way through my interaction with them. My next step is to see if trading standards can do anything about them.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN !!!!!!

I WAS!! considering purchasing a harness from this company. Having read through the unhappy comments on here,I am totally avoiding them.
