I’m super happy with the service at Pawpadour Dog Grooming Salon! The ladies there are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to dogs and grooming. My Cockapoo came out looking fabulous and was so well taken care of.
The salon is located in the community garden of Tooting Works, and its small, cozy space makes the experience even more personalized. You can really tell they care about each dog they groom. My pup and I are super happy with the experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

Not a positive experience
Similar experience to another 3 star review.
Dog who has been to previous groomers with no issues was left distressed and unable to complete the groom.
The grooming room was even too small for us to stand with our dog which would have been best as this was an unfamiliar groomer which is why it was cut short.
I personally won’t be returning as this is the first time I’ve had such an experience which may have been an unfortunate day and not the usual. Would only suggest this for very laid back who are regularly groomed and used to being left with strangers

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t a great one
Wasn’t told that other dogs would be running free in salon. This triggered my dog into a nervousness and they were unable to complete the grooming. I can’t honestly review their standard of groom but they definitely did not adequately hand strip my Wirehaired and left him wet as were unable to dry him. When I mentioned that I wasn’t aware that other dogs would be roaming freely in the salon and had I done so would have sought an alternative groomers, the one groomer was a little curt and said this was common. That is not true, and should be advertised on their site. I’m sure this will be a disappointing review but I can only go by my experience and want to provide honest feedback.
They offered me a £10 refund. If your dog is used to grooming, they may be the place for you, if you have doubts - they definitely don’t have the patience to show to your dog.

We understand that your 3 years old dachshund had never been groomed at a salon before, which can be a stressful and overwhelming experience, especially in a new environment with other dogs around. The welfare of the dogs in our care is our top priority, and we had to stop the grooming session as your dog became extremely distressed. Continuing the groom under those circumstances would not have been in your dog’s best interest.
Regarding the presence of other dogs, while it is true that most of our clients' dogs are comfortable with it, we do offer grooming sessions specifically for anxious dogs where no other dogs are present. However, these sessions must be booked and agreed upon with our team beforehand and are priced differently due to the personalised care provided.
We will take your comments into consideration and work to ensure this information is communicated more clearly on our website. Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope that your dog has a more positive experience in the future, wherever that may be. Your honest feedback is valuable, and we will use it to improve our service.

Quite possibly the best dog groomers in south London
As a first customer, I was blown away by the outcome. The ladies at pawpadour dog groomers were highly knowledgeable in their field, very professional with me my dogs were happy. What more can a customer asked for. Their prices very reasonable. Overall we highly recommend them.

Pawpadour do an excellent groom, am always super happy with their services for my Cavapoo. He is always happy to go for a visit! Even better, they also do Ultrasonic teeth cleaning for doggies with excellent results (and saves me a trip to the vet)

Hands down to Pompadour Dog Grooming Studio, my maltese dog Jumper loved the experience and he looked amazing, they managed to do really nice teddy bear cut with round face as we wanted, realluy reccomended.

Great place to take your dog for a groom!
Mia and Wiki at Pawpadour are amazing! They took care of my dog Saba and she looked amazing! She can be a nervous doggo but surprisingly she was absolutely fine with the grooming at this studio. The studio is cozy and not overwhelming for dogs, perfect place to take your dog for a grooming session.

Best dog grooming experience ever! My dog absolutely loved the experience and looked & smelled amazing, the girls at Pawpadour know how to work with fluffy dogs and always give a valuable feedback. We also booked our dog for ultrasonic teeth cleaning and our dog only needed few sessions to clean all the teeth. Best dog groomer in London!
