Good feeder shame about the feet
The tug trough and allow feeder insert
Are fine . One major issue the trough comes with little feet which you attach. Now after only one week two of the feet have vanished and the trough is moving around when used. I think that this is a bad design fault.
Could you post out a pack of them please and I will see if they can be glued on

Not fit for purpose falsely advertised when reached out to the company within 7 days they refused to exchange or refund despite the item being faulty **UPDATE** sorry where does it state anything about returns in your terms and conditions as it doesn't say that in the terms and conditions on your site, the only time you mention return/refunds is in the FAQ section and you state under "What if I need to return my order"- We're confident you'll be thrilled with your purchase, however, if for any reason you'd like to return this back to us, please get in touch with us via email and we'll provide you with our Returns Instructions. and under "theres a problem with my order can you help?" - Yes, of course! We're always here to help if you have any issues at all with an order you've placed with us. Please get in touch with us via email and one of our friendly customer service agents will be able to resolve this for you.
so no terms and conditions regarding returning an item so please show me where this is stated

We're so sorry that the Stainless Steel Insert didn't live up to your expectations. This is probably the most sought-after product in the Fluff Trough range at the moment with so many happy customers (and pups) using it.
We do think you'd be surprised how expensive these are to manufacture & ship. Whilst we love nothing more than to make these more affordable, regrettably it's simply not possible.

Back or digestive issues
I bought the fluff trough as a present for my sisters bulldog who has digestive problems, I have one for my disabled pug and it's perfect for his type of disability, he can sit or stand to eat, they are expensive but well worth it.

I love these bowls for my grumble
I love these bowls for my grumble. The nonslip feet come off a little to easy which is why I didn’t give 5*. Customer service was brilliant and totally recommend this company.

French bulldog slow feed insert
Bought a slow feeder insert for my French bulldog. He took to it straight away. Takes him at least 3 times longer to eat his food (raw) & no reflux. Insert is easy to clean. Price might put owners off but I would certainly recommend.
