Long-time user of the PayCargo…
I'm a long-time user of the PayCargo system and have always been pleasantly surprised by my ability to get a CSR on the phone when I've had issues, their professionalism and friendliness in addressing my issue / concern or problem, and their speed to resolution--EVERY TIME! Today my rep Rudy Barro crushed it, stayed on the line with me til my problem was on its way to resolution, and stayed up beat and positive throughout. Go on Rudy!

So today I paid the wrong Steamline on PayCargo QuickPay. Not only did DeAndre help me get this payment cancelled. He made sure to help me through all the steps to pay the right SteamLine. Service was fantastic, Deandre stayed on the line and walked me through until we completed the transaction.
DeAndre went beyond the call of duty
DeAndre went beyond the call of duty, spent two hours working with me, to clear a APM terminal issue. We had several technical issues, dealing with APM terminal issues, login and other sign-up issues, Remote access issues with no proper Wi-Fi and had to rely on remote connection issues, etc. etc. etc. DeAndre was patient and saw the solution to the end, even though I was losing patience with the whole process. When it was all said and done, there was quite a rejoicing by both of us and DeAndre was finally allowed to go home after most of the office had already cleared out. I think that speaks volumes of DeAndre.
