Roxana M Was great today I called upset she calmed me down and talked to my bank and explained the issue and process to get me my money back.

She deserves a raise for her level of professionalism. Kudos to Roxy!

Roxy was so helphful as i had spoken with another rep that did not make sure the problem was taken care of. she went out her way to fix the issue until it was completely taken care of. great job Roxy

Fees are through the roof.
They not refunding their "processing fees" which is insane.
I wouldn't recommend to deal with them with all surprise fees - very old school approach to screw your customers.

Rudy was kind, energetic, and quick to help me with a resolution.

I was having issues using the Pay Cargo site. Rudy Barro went above and beyond to assist me. He could have stopped at just resolving the Pay Card issue I was having but took it a step further and guided me in how to access their vendor's website.

i had an issue to have STG post payment and i was told it would take 2-3 hours. My driver was literally standing right there to pick up the shipment and it was LFD too. I called Paycargo immediately. Rudy was being very helpful and professional to help calling STG to post manually. I couldnt thank enough for this quick posting and saved me storage fee + dry-run fee. Will definitely continuing to support the business! Excellent service!
