Vibha was excellent and professional…
Vibha was excellent and professional yet friendly. I enjoyed my interaction with Vibha and the only observation I made that's worth mentioning is for Vibha to mention her cool name at the start! She didn't tell me her name at the start of the call and I asked for her name towards the end of the call. Aside from this tiny feedback Vibha was outstanding!
