Excellent Customer Service and Smooth Process
I had a really positive experience with Payitmonthly. From start to finish, their customer service was excellent—clear communication, quick responses, and genuinely helpful staff who took the time to explain everything properly.
The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I always felt like I was being dealt with honestly and professionally. It’s rare to find a company that combines efficiency with such a high level of customer care.
Would definitely recommend Payitmonthly to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive finance provider.

Lack of customer service.
I'm still giving 5 stars, because I think the system works well. However, I am currently being bothered by phone calls from them over a missed direct debit payment. I have kindly explained to them TWICE, that a second payment attempt is being made the next week.
So what is the issue here? I know that I missed a payment because my phone had no power left, meaning that I wasn't aware of the upcoming payment. It was a mistake, but that doesn't give you lot the right to try and harass me!

Far too complicated!..for a measly £320…
Far too complicated!..for a measly 320 payment assist!! Hold the first payment of £80 from your account for numerous days 3 approx and then pass the finance check and decision to the retail provider to make the decision of risk! Laughable!
Very strange and such a long winded process! No instant simple decision as stated on website! Wait 3 days and have to do all the chasing through calls to eventually have the agreement cancelled by my request and they send you a declined email!
Very poor and so long winded for a little loan
Many more small loan finance companies so easier to work with! Very poor experience.

At no point was there a resolution as you so state!? I paid the invoice in cash!! No help to retailer or applicant! Why lie?
All calls outgoing to chase and never any communication from your company.
I demanded a refund and to release the funds you were withholding which took calls to the supplier to confirm such refund to be issued and aside I cancelled the application!
Not declined! Cancelled!
Poor response with lies
Poor company!
Did not feel I had a poor experience!!!

Thanks for the review.
Sorry to hear you felt that you had a poor experience with PayItMonthly.
We treat all of our financing the same due to all of them being agreements that would reflect on a customers credit file, so we take any value of finance seriously.
This lines up with the issue around the first payment as this is part of the finance agreement, so is held as pending until the finance agreement is officially accepted or rejected, otherwise there can be potential impact to a customers credit file which is something we want to avoid as much as possible.
I can see that our customer liaison team were supporting you throughout the journey which we did find a resolution for in the end alongside the retailer you applied through.
