They both went above and beyond in helping me out with some issues I was having (not even primarily with PayJunction but the way a partner service had some things integrated). They both were extraordinarily helpful, potentially the best customer service I have received from anyone anywhere.

Kevin was very knowledgeable, patient and showed a great interest in solving what I called about. I hope to reach him again, if I need to call for any other issues.

I recently encountered a payment issue where my client reported being double-charged. After submitting a ticket, I was relieved to find that PayJunction's records indicated only a single charge. The support experience, particularly with Nia, was exceptional.
From the beginning, Nia was incredibly responsive. She quickly acknowledged the issue and worked with me. Her helpfulness was evident in her thorough investigation and clear explanations. She even offered to be on the phone with me while I reached out to my client's bank to get to the bottom of the situation. That really made the entire process smoother and more tolerable, knowing somebody was there to assist which is always appreciated when dealing with stressful situations and banking institutions.
Overall, the service provided by Nia was outstanding. Her responsiveness, helpfulness, friendliness, and dedication to following up made a significant difference. Thanks to her efforts, what would have been a frustrating experience was transformed into a positive one. I highly recommend PayJunction's support based on this experience.

I worked with 3 other representatives as well who were all kind, patient, honest and understanding.
Excellent Support from Mike L. Regarding Refund Clarification
We recently encountered a situation where a client expressed concern about a refund that appeared as "VOID" on their CashApp statement, while PayJunction showed the transaction as "Approved" and "Settled." Mike L. provided exceptional assistance in resolving this discrepancy. He promptly confirmed that the funds had indeed been sent to the client and supplied an approval number for verification. His responsiveness and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated. Mike demonstrated outstanding customer service throughout the process.
