I provided all the necessary account to verify my account. CS asked about the estimated value left and I could only provide an estimate of what amount I remember. CS said I must provide the correct value otherwise they couldn’t help.
For peace of mind, take your money to other digital banks. Horrendous customer service and their technology suck big time—the password reset link expires as soon as you request it.

Maya is THE WORST!!!!! Do not ever ever open an account here, they will just steal your money and will not answer your inquiries via chat, calls and email. This company is crazy! I transferred a certain amount from my GoTyme bank to my Maya savings, it is available on the transaction but is not appearing on my available balance. No one will answer my call, my email and my chat. I switched from gcash to maya but this is waaaaaay worst, at least gcash has a human chat support and email support compared to this stupid app!

My account got hacked and scammed for worth of 5k. I provided them enough evidence and they agreed even blocking my account. They also saw the info was not mine. When i asked them what the next step is, they said i should still pay for it…i never used my maya account on anything even payments, nor savings. I had no activity. Yet their solution is for me to pay still that’s it
Worst e-wallet ever!
I’ve been going back and forth with your escalations team about my account being compromised. Yet, they are so incompetent and up until today, they can’t give me a resolution. I have reported it since July 1st but “Alta” from your escalations team only keeps on sending me rephrased e-mail template. I need my money back or else BSP will be involved with this issue.
If I won’t hear back any resolution from you guys, I will file a legal complaint!

Useless! Don't waste your time for it. I created an account, uploaded docs and that's all - error logging-in. I tried "forgot my password" - and I was instructed to write to support(at)maya.ph, which but turned out to be an inactive email... In the instruction in the rejected email I've been asked to:

Palpak, palpak palpak - got locked out of my account, which mind you was also hacked, and their customer service teams haven't been able to fix my account access for over a month now. And I have been emailing and calling them weekly. Hopeless, pareho sila ng GCASH - no lesser evil.
Kapag hindi maayos problem mo and you ask for a supervisor, babagsakan kapa ng call center agent nila, their agents cross talk, and try to control the conversation kahit gusto mo pa mag explain at magpa explain about a problem. Rude so rude people.
