I can’t speak highly enough of PayPocket and especially Kelly. She’s always so helpful, sorts everything out quickly, and makes payroll stress-free. Always answer the call without any call waiting.
Every staff is willing to resolve the matters for contacting.
If need any specific staff, we will get connected Stright.
Abigail Skinner is the designated officer for Merton council direct payments. She took lots of interest to give her best service without any delay. I have made a request to work out the redundancy payment for our direct payment staff flowing our uncle's death.
She has done this on the same day afternoon.

I’ve been using Pay Packet for a couple of years now. The team is always very helpful and supportive. They take the time to explain things clearly, especially when it comes to understanding how to pay my NI and tax. I really appreciate their service and highly recommend them.they are the best
