Very satisfied with overall service
The process of creating the paystub was super easy and quick. I did run into an issue when trying to download it, but I reached out to customer service and they responded right away. They immediately tried to resolve the issue, and a customer service supervisor even reached out to address my concerns. Everything was fixed quickly, and they sent me the correct document right away. I’m honestly amazed by how helpful and responsive the team was you don’t usually get that level of fast assistance from companies. I’m very happy and truly grateful for this amazing team.

False Advertising
They sent me an email that said I could make corrections for free. That is false advertising. They would not allow me to make the corrections I needed. Therefore, I wasted my time and money. Do yourself a favor and make your own on ChatGPT for free. These companies are on their way out now that AI is available. Poor customer service. Do not recommend.
