I have had no end of issues with closing my account. I spoke with Tania Woodward about my account she was professional and friendly and explained everything thoroughly so there was no misunderstanding and I knew what options were available. Thanks, Tania for a great job.

I cancelled my card machine 3 years ago , the company was so not helping in cancelling, or collecting the machine. All in has to be the worst service ever, the only thing important is collecting your money. Disguted....

being chased by this company and now threatening court action . account was transferred in 2022 when buisness changed hands and payments made to new account holder ,continue to say that account was never transferred now after approx £ 1000 despite confirmation from agent that new acc holder had indeed received payments. shocking customer service

Scammers, avoid at all costs
They signed me up for a 4 year contract without my knowledge for a little bit of plastic that initially worked intermittently, to then not work at all a month later.
When I called them and told them I want my contract cancelling as the product is too unreliable for my needs, they refused to help, they’re only interested the payments.
Whatever you do, do not give these crooks your money.
